SIO2SD-XL
The 1064 memory module for the 600XL makes an ideal housing for an SIO2SD:
The buttons are the console keys from a disused 800XL, which was also the donor for the brown plastic bezel. The badge was made from .26mm aluminium strip with the design ironed on using the "toner transfer" technique. An illustrated step-by-step guide will hopefully follow.
UltraVideo XE 1.0
The XE version of my "UltraVideo" s-video modification isn't quite as stunning as the XL version (at least not on my screen), but it's pretty damned close. Download step-by-step instructions here.

XM301 Case Conversion for SIO2SD
Utilising the readily available and inexpensive XM301 modem, these case conversions are done to the highest possible standards of workmanship and provide the best available housing for the SIO2SD interface. The units are available with optional built-in SIO2PC RS232 interface and SIO pass-through connector for daisy-chaining other peripherals.

SIO2PC Interface Inside an SIO Plug
